 Rory
S. Coakley founded Coakley Realty, a full-service
real estate firm in 1989 and is a licensed Real
Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser
in the following jurisdictions: Maryland, Delaware,
Virginia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Coakley
is a graduate of Georgetown University and obtained
a masters degree in Real Estate and Urban Development
from the Kogod School of Business, American University.
 James
C. Dailey, co-founder, who also brings over 20
years of experience in the property management
and homeowner association management and has extensive
experience in structuring real estate partnerships,
leasing partnerships and retail businesses including
retail sites. Mr. Dailey received his undergraduate
degree from Wake Forest and an MBA in Finance
from Emory University. He is also a Certified
Public Accountant and a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Coakley and Mr. Dailey also own and manage
their own investment properties including:

- Retail
- Centers
- Warehouses
- Single Family Homes
- Land Parcels
